1. Introduction: 

   - These terms and conditions govern the use of our mobile RV repair services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Services Provided: 

   - Diagnostics and repair for any issues relating to:

• Fresh water, grey water, and black water plumbing, holding tanks, and holding tank sensors.

• AC & DC indoor and outdoor electrical outlets, panels, and circuits.

• Air Conditioner and Furnace issues. *WE ALSO OFFER YEARLY SERVICES FOR BOTH*

• All appliances, electric heating, and lighting inside or outside the RV. 

• Rooftop Seals and anything mounted to the roof to ensure a leak free camper.

• All styles of slide-out rooms. Schwintek, Lippert Electric, Lippert Hydraulic, Cable Slides, Slim-Rack, etc.

•  7 way connector, break controller, trailer tires, bearings, tongue jacks, stabilizer jacks

3. Service Call Fee: 

   - A service call fee of $125 is applicable for all repairs. This fee may vary based on distance from our standard service area. If a technician must leave and return to acquire parts or tools, this fee will not be charged again if it is within 30 days of a paid service call.

 

4. Oak's RV Warranty and Refunds: 

   - We offer a 90-day warranty on company supplied parts (not on customer supplied parts), and labor for all repairs performed. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damages due to misuse or neglect.

 

5. Limitation of Liability: 

   - We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to any personal property arising from the use of our repair services.

6. Credit Card Fees:

- We charge a fee of 3% of the total bill when processing payment with a credit/debit card in person, and a 4% fee for credit/debit cards ran manually. This fee is non refundable, and not applicable when payment is made with cash or a check.

 

7. Modification of Terms: 

   - We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email or text.

 

8. Governing Law: 

   - These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided.
